Whether it is a straightforward solution where we mount a projector onto a ceiling, projecting onto a screen with a switch for you to turn the projector on/off and a socket for you to plug your laptop/desktop into, or a fully controlled boardroom with windows that frost up, screen that come down and projectors with integrated sound systems that start up all at the touch of an LCD panel.
Our solutions are innovative, with bespoke designed furniture for Media Walls and Rear Projection rigs so everything occurs behind the screen or wall mounted plasma screens.
Maintenance

Site Surveys
Comprehensive site surveys and project management available fro our Installations Department. They will perform a no-obligation suvey of the room and/or building to complete a throrough assessment of the various technical and logisical factors to assess the feasibility of the project.
Warranties
21st Century AV provides complete service and support of all manufacturer warranties. In addition, we offer extended warranty options at competitive prices on the majority of the products we sell.
Repairs
21st Century AV takes pride in offering honest advice on the viability of any repair before undertaking any works. For those times where repairs may be deemed cost effective an evaluation of the equipment will be carried out. The small fee for this service will be deducted from any repair costs and we aim to deliver prompt estimates of the work required. Should the repair be deemed economical, quality workmanship is provided from expert technicians who only use warranty covered replacement parts. Swift turn around times and informative, courteous customer service are the key objectives for 21st Century AV. For those clients who cannot afford to be without a unit special hire rates for replacement equipment are offered during repair periods.
Preventative Maintenance
Periodic preventative maintenance visits to check and fine-tune your equipment can dramatically reduce the risk of equipment failure in particular for solutions where a projector is the driving force. Regular preventative maintenance visits ensure image quality and uniformity are maintained at all times. Preventative maintenance programmes can be provided by 21st Century AV as a stand-alone option or part of a more comprehensive service contract.
Service Contracts
Whilst warranties are important, nothing beats an on-site technician who understands your audio visual infrastructure. Maintenance contracts are the perfect way to keep you audio & visual equipment and turnkey systems operating at peak performance. Like any other technical investment, to optimise persomance, periodic maintenance is required. Our customer support help-lines ensure help is on hand whenever needed, on-call to answer queries and to provide troubleshooting services. Our agreements include, spare parts, guarunteed reposonse times, preventative maintenance, room status reports and even loan equipment to ensure system stability and peace of mind.
